  • Add 1/2 cup of yogurt into each hollowed out papaya

  • Pour in the granola and add sliced fruit

  • Add the honey, chia seeds, hemp seeds, and bee pollen

NOTES:

Mindful Tip: Peak season is summer through fall so visit your local farmer’s market or grocery store and pick a ripe one with skin in the shade of yellow, red or orange for a buttery and sweet flavor.

Zero Waste Tip: When you scoop out the papaya seeds, dry them thoroughly with a kitchen towel. Then place them onto a plate under the sun for a day or two. Once they are completely dry, grind them up as you would pepper seeds or coffee beans. You’ll have your own homemade nutritious pepper. Use as a seasoning on salads, eggs, or anything else you’d like.
