  1. Immunity Juice INGREDIENTS

  • 2 oranges, peeled

  • 1 lemon, peeled

  • 1 orange bell pepper, seeded

  • 2 inches of ginger

  • 5 carrots

CREATE

  • This juice can be made with a blender or juicer. If you’re using a juicer, simply juice all ingredients and set the pulp aside. If you’re using a blender, add all ingredients along with a cup or two of water. You’ll then strain the mixture through some cheesecloth to remove the pulp. Set aside to make the juice pulp muffins.

  • Save orange and lemon peels for the all purpose cleaner, and bell pepper seeds to plant and grow peppers.

3. How to plant a bell pepper plant:

In an egg carton or small pot, add some organic soil and mist with water to make sure the soil is moist. Sprinkle some bell pepper seeds on top of soil and cover the seeds lightly. In a few days you’ll start to see some seedlings. In a couple weeks, move one plant at a time to a bigger pot and place in a sunny spot. Between weeks 10-14, the plant will begin fruiting and growing peppers. It’s easier than you think!

4. how to make a non-toxic all-purpose cleaner:

Every time you eat an orange or squeeze a lemon, save the peels in a mason jar and cover. Place the mason jar in the fridge until it’s filled all the way up to the top. Fill the jar with white distilled vinegar all the way up to the top and store in a dark place for a couple weeks. Once infused, pour it into a spray jar and top it off with water. You now have a non-toxic, all-purpose, anti-bacterial cleaner. :) I like to make this every time I enjoy oranges and lemons so I never run out of all-purpose cleaner.
